The product warranty in Europe is valid for two years from the date of purchase, except for products for which the commercial warranty has been extended. If the product is no longer covered by the warranty, we unfortunately cannot replace it. We are currently working to launch an international technical repair service as soon as possible.

We strongly advise against using secondhand child seats, as you usually don’t know the seat’s history and there may be damage that isn’t visible to the naked eye.
Everything you need to know about safety and proper use
i-Size is part of the international child safety seat standard UN ECE R129, which sets new standards for safety and fit in child safety seats. For more information, click here:
Our seats are certified to ECE R129. This is an internationally recognized safety standard issued by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
Key features of the R129 standard:
- Classification based on height rather than weight
- Side-impact protection is mandatory
- Promotes the use of ISOFIX for secure installation
Child seats with R129 approval may be used in countries that recognize UN ECE regulations. This includes most European countries as well as several other nations that have adopted UNECE standards.
Important note:
Our R129-approved seats may not be used in countries that have their own national approval standards and do not recognize UN ECE regulations, such as:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- ...
Even if the seat appears technically compatible, its use is not legally permitted in certain countries.
Therefore, please check before purchasing or using the seat whether the ECE R129 standard is recognized in your country—e.g., with the relevant traffic authorities
or on official government websites.
Even a minor accident can cause damage to the child safety seat that is not visible to the naked eye. Please be sure to replace the seat after an accident. Since there are numerous car models on the market, we are constantly working to expand and update our list of compatible models. If your car is not listed, your nearest dealer will certainly be able to help you find an alternative.
Please note:
- Universal child seats or infant carriers that are installed using the car’s 3-point seat belt can be secured in all forward-facing car seats equipped with a 3-point seat belt that meets the ECE R16 standard. Nevertheless, we always recommend a test installation before purchase to verify that there is sufficient space, correct positioning, and that the 3-point seat belt is long enough to allow for proper installation.
- If the child seat is certified according to R129 (i-Size), it can be secured to all car seats with i-Size anchorage points. In this case, checking the type list is not necessary.
All covers are removable and washable. Please follow the care instructions on the label.
